Open Evening 2014-15

Last night was our annual open evening for the year 6 pupils and their parents.

As part of the Lifestyle Faculty we wanted to offer something different and demonstrate how broad our curriculum is here, at Tenbury High.

We are very much into our outdoor activities and thought why not let our potential pupils experience some of the activities we offer.

Using an ex-Army parachute, we constructed a shelter and made a fire for everyone to melt marshmallows...Yum!

In addition to this we had the help of Jordan, Bryn and Troy who used the trangias to provide hot water for the hot chocolate.

As well as the activities going on outside the sports hall we also set up the trampoline inside for the young people to have a go. We even tempted one parent to have a bounce.
An incredibly successful evening. Well Done team!
