Following on from the year 9
camp, 44 year 10 pupils travelled to the camp site to complete their Duke of
Edinburgh practice expedition. We are extremely happy to boast that, over half
of the year group have signed up for this years D of E.
Pupils dealt with the warm
conditions extremely well and even had the opportunity to take part in a practice
exploration which they can use as part of their expedition.
Pupils were required to cook
their own meals and plan their own routes in preparation for their expedition,
during the next academic year.
